Il gioco ha 2 svolgimenti a seconda del numero di giocatori: la versione a squadre (quando si è in numero pari, squadra rossa e verde) prevede l’estrazione di 6 carte grandi per ogni squadra che dovranno essere memorizzate e poi mimate, un giocatore della squadra a turno deve indovinare e porre sul tavolo man mano 6 carte piccole corrispondenti a quelle mimate, si ottengono solo le carte esatte verificate a fine manche.

Giocando in 3 o in 5 si indovina direttamente la smorfia mimata dal giocatore di turno, il gioco diventa basato sulla rapidità di chi risponde per primo.

Scopo del gioco: ottenere più carte di tutti delle smorfie indovinate.
